- Rates are valid for a minimum of 2 guests.
- Valid for travel between March – October 2026.
- All rates are subject to hotel availability at the time of booking.
- Peak season and festive supplements may apply (especially during August 2026).
- Applicable for FIT travelers and small groups only.
- Bookings are confirmed only after the required deposit payment is received.

⚠️ Special Conditions
- Peak season bookings (15 July – 30 August | Kandy Esala Perahera) may be subject to stricter cancellation policies depending on the hotel.
- Train tickets, safari jeep bookings, and other special experiences are governed by the supplier’s cancellation policy and may become non-refundable once confirmed.
- Unused services or early departures are non-refundable.
- Name changes are accepted up to 7 days before arrival, subject to hotel approval.
🌍 Force Majeure
Refunds cannot be provided for cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Airline disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
- Other unforeseen events
However, we will make every effort to assist with rescheduling your tour, subject to availability and supplier policies.
